Blue Oak’s First Listing Prep Project with Josh Rubin of Compass

Last month, Blue Oak Window Washing had the opportunity to partner with Josh Rubin at Compass on our first project together, helping prepare a home in Upper Menlo Park for listing.

For this project, Blue Oak assisted with exterior listing preparation, supporting the home’s presentation before it went to market. Listing prep is an important part of Blue Oak’s marketing strategy because clean, well-presented homes help real estate agents, sellers, and buyers make a stronger first impression from the very beginning.

Josh Rubin is an active real estate agent with Compass in Menlo Park. According to his official Compass profile, he is a Bay Area native who grew up in Portola Valley, works on the Peninsula. His profile also highlights his background as a former math and computer science teacher before moving into real estate.
